Located at 29 Belgrove Avenue, Balwyn, this multi-storey residential complex required a complete transformation in cleanliness and caretaking standards. Appointed by MBCM Strata Management through a competitive tender and interview process, Peachy Cleaning Group was tasked with revitalising the building’s shared spaces after years of inconsistent service from previous contractors.
We implemented a full-service caretaking solution that included daily internal common area cleaning, detailed façade and basement presentation, bin room hygiene management, and light gardening support. Our approach was centred around a tailored maintenance plan using eco-conscious products and premium-grade deodorising systems to bring a hotel-quality finish to the space.
This strategic uplift not only restored the building’s visual appeal but also redefined resident expectations. With clear, regular communication and prompt issue resolution, the project has earned strong praise from both MBCM and the Resident Committee.
